I have had a life long focus on physical, spiritual and mental wellness. Learning lots a long the way from some inspirational teachers, children, animals and people.
My life to date has been a labyrinth of experiences, interests and events that have challenged and inspired my philosophy of, how to live with as much internal balance whilst navigating a complicated and fast paced world.
Combining my studies with my experiences provides me with an enriched catalogue of ideas, strategies and practical solutions that I share readily with those I come into contact with.
Taking the opportunity in 2019, I opened my own practice to treat and support people who are seeking relief and balance in their day to day lives. Enabling me to share my knowledge and skills in the form of reflexology and talking time.
I continue to develop my practice and I’m on track to offer canine assisted therapy in the Winter of 2021 with my therapy dog Wilbur.
